Despite our particular attention to the choice of our suppliers and the transport companies we use, a product may be defective. In this case, the manufacturer's warranty applies. We will realize the exchange without any additional charge.

Return

If you wish to return a product that does not suit you, within 14 days of receipt of the products, please contact us by e-mail with your order number to plan the return. Please note that the costs of return are at your expense.

Refunded will only be made after receipt of the items and verification of the condition of them, within 15 days. No return without prior agreement will be accepted. Please contact us to obtain this agreement.
