International Shipping

For all your orders on our website, you can choose the delivery way. We can deliver in France and all over the world.

In the European Union and more precisely in Spain and Belgium, you can choose between :

• EXAPAQ DPD : delivery in 3/5 days (don’t use it for islands deliveries)
• DHL : delivery in 1 or 3 days (it can be longer in Canary Islands, Mallorca, …..)

In the rest of the European Union, UK and the rest of the world, you can choose between DHL EXPRESS or DHL ECO (please contact us regarding delivery time).

Regarding Pallet deliveries, we are used to working with DACHSER, SCHENKER and DHL companies (please contact us regarding delivery time)

For each order, you have to pay the freight charges added by our software or you can also contact us.

However, please note also the following :

• EU deliveries : we need your european VAT number (if you don’t have one, you’ ll have to pay VAT taxes)
• UK deliveries : we cannot load order without GB EORI number.
• France deliveries : you have to pay the French VAT taxes and choose between the following carriers :

• • DPD Exapack
  • Chronopos
  • TNT
  • Dachser
  • Geodis
  • Schenker

Nb : you don’t have to pay VAT taxes if the delivery address is a forwarding agent.

• World deliveries : we are used to working with DHL in DAP, you don’t pay VAT taxes but you have to pay Custom Fees. For more informations, please contact us at [email protected]
