Creating a One-Elec account allows you to order faster and more easily. Register your billing details and one or more delivery addresses to save time when purchasing circuit breakers or other electrical equipment in the future. Once My One Elec account has been created, you will find the tracking and history of all your orders there.
To create your account, click on "My account" at the top right of the site, then on "Create an account". You will be asked for some essential personal information to create your account (surname, first name, email address and a password). You can subscribe to our newsletter if you wish, it will allow you to receive all our news and tips. Then go to your account by logging in with your e-mail address and password that you will have defined when registering. When you log in, you will be able to access your dashboard which summarizes all your activities on the One-Elec website and which allows you to modify your information or add new data (delivery address, billing address ) at any time. You will be able to find your previous orders, your various invoices and your current basket.
I forgot my password or login
- To reset your password, go to the Login page and follow this process:
- Click on "Forgot your password?"
- Enter the e-mail address of your account, which you communicated to us when it was created and validate so that a reset e-mail is sent to you.
- A message will appear following your validation: "If there is an account associated with the address […], you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- If you do not receive any email, consider looking in your SPAMS
- If no account is attached to your email address you will not receive any email to reset your password. It will therefore be necessary to create an account beforehand
Where can I find my invoices?
All your invoices are sent to you by email to the address you gave us when you created your account on One-Elec.com. Please note that they may fall into your spam emails.
How do I place my order?
6 steps are necessary to be able to place an order on One-Elec.com. You will have to add all the products you want in your basket, to find your products on our website you can use the search function or go through the different categories. After adding the desired items to your shopping cart, click on your shopping cart icon at the top left of your web page. Then on "My basket" to consult the details of the selected products (quantity, price, delivery time), estimate the shipping costs and VAT, and enter a discount code if you have one.

How to track my order?
We keep you informed as soon as your order is validated.
Once your order has been received and validated by our services, a confirmation email is sent to you. Your order is then prepared at our warehouse on the same day or the following day (as long as as the products are indicated in stock or not) then it is given to the carrier you chose when confirming your order. Upon shipment, an e-mail including your tracking number is sent to you. If necessary, you can go directly to the carrier's website to see the status of your order with them. You can also find the tracking of your order in your customer area, in the "My account" area then "My orders"
Delivery rates are calculated based on the weight, size of your package and the location of your delivery address.
We give you access to the parcel number to allow you to follow the delivery of your order as soon as it is dispatched.
You have no custom fees for all the deliveries in countries into European Union
Otherwise, please note that for all the deliveries in uk and the rest of the world we are used to work in DAP ( delivered at place)
So you will have to pay the customs fees

Return my product
If you wish to return one or more products that do not suit you, you will need to:
- Contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order.
- Contact us by e-mail specifying your order number in order to organize the return.
- Please note that the return costs are your responsibility.
- A return slip will be sent to you by the sales team and will have to be completed by you.
- This return slip must be validated before your order is returned. No return without prior agreement will be accepted. Please contact us to obtain this agreement.
- The refund will only be made after receipt of the items and verification of their condition, within 15 days. A discount may be applied if the product has been damaged.

Despite the particular attention we pay to the choice of our suppliers and the transport companies we use; it can happen that a product is defective.
In this case, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
